Placing an Order

We're here to help! See below for our most frequently asked questions. 

When will my order ship?

Our production time varies by product and our current production depends on our volume at that moment. We will adjust this accordingly. The general time can be found on the announcement bar at the top of the website but the product specific time can be found on the exact product page (some are quick ship, others may be a presale). Have any questions or need a rush? Reach out to us BEFORE placing an order to see if we can accommodate that, we can at times.

 

Can I add personalization or monograms longer than 2-3 letters?

Any personalization over 2-3 letters will be sized down to fit the products width and height based on Sprinkled with Pink's discretion. For help on ordering or specific product questions, please email hello@sprinkledwithpinkshop.com.

I'm in Dallas, can I pick-up in the store?

Select LOCAL as the shipping option at checkout.


Once your order is ready, we will email you. Our address is 1323 Columbia Dr #300, Richardson, Texas 75081 and our pick-up hours are 8AM-4PM Mon-Fri

 

If I purchase expedited shipping, when will my order ship?

Please note that we need time to make your order, purchasing upgraded shipping will not affect the production time (time to make your order). Need a rush? Please reach out to us BEFORE placing an order to ensure we can accommodate and have it arrive by your need by date.

Return Policy

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business all sales are final. If your product is damaged during shipment, reach out to us within 7 days so we can send a replacement!

Sale/Promotion Policy

Prices as marked at sprinkledwithpinkshop.com reflect discount. Sale prices cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. Terms are subject to change.

Shipping

I need my order ASAP! Can you rush it for me?

Yes! Rush orders and expedited shipping are available, just contact us!

 

I put the wrong address! Can I change it?

Yes, if your order has not progressed too far we can change the address. We need the new address typically 1 business day before it is ready to ship which can vary. Contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect customer provided address. If a package is returned, customer is responsible for the additional shipping charge to ship it back to you. Please contact us immediately at hello@sprinkledwithpinkshop.com if you wish to cancel or make any changes.

 

Where is my package?
Once your package is shipped, an email with tracking info is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Shipping time will then vary depending on the shipping service you selected at checkout. If you can't find the email with tracking, please contact us and we'll forward it your way.

 

My package is delayed, what can I do?

Please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777) for more information or to submit an investigation. Note that we are not liable for carrier delays on non-guaranteed service classes. Please note that beginning April 1, 2020, USPS and UPS suspended all guaranteed services. However, UPS is very reliable and we recommend that you choose this carrier if on a time crunch as they rarely have delays.

 

My package is lost or damaged.

Up to $100 insurance is included in with your order, we can submit a claim with the respective carrier to replace or refund your order up to $100. Just contact us with your order details and we can help!

 

My package shows delivered but I didn't get it

First check with your neighbors or see if there is anywhere else the carrier could have left it. If still not found, please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777) for more information or to submit an investigation. Refunds are not issued when proof of delivery is provided but we’re happy to help you reach out to the carrier for more information. 

Do you cover International shipping?

All international shipping will need to be purchased, those different options are shown at checkout! We do not cover international shipping nor any taxes, duties or additional fees occurred during the shipment or upon arrival.
